One of the truly original games on the Wii, No More Heroes, which won Best Wii Game of 2008, will be heading to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, reports The Examiner. Perhaps the fact that it was yet another game that just couldn’t sell on the Wii (a paltry 450K in its lifetime) forced Ubisoft to rethink its Wii exclusivity.
The latest issue of Famitsu has revealed that No More Heroes will be coming to the Xbox 360 and PS3. The game was originally a Wii exclusive, but it received poor sales worldwide. Despite getting average review scores, the game became a hit with the fans of Grasshopper. With the Wii version so heavily based on motion control, it’s likely this version will have those motion based segments replaced with traditional button sequences.
Or maybe it’ll use The Wand/Project Natal as well?
Let us know if you’re excited to play No More Heroes on the new platforms. Also, does this mean Red Steel, another underselling UbiSoft Wii game, will hit the 360 and PS3?

They not only need to re-work the controls, but the game needs a graphical uplift as well. I was pretty underwhelmed with the first one on the Wii it just looked bad and wasn’t fun to play.
