UbiSoft Says No to 360/PS3 No More Heroes

While the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 version of No More Heroes is enjoying a February 25 release date in Japan, UbiSoft has pulled out as the publisher for the North American version.

In a statement to G4, the French publisher said that unlike the original Wii game and its sequel No More Heroes: Desperate StruggleNo More Heroes: Heroes Paradise shan’t carry the Ubisoft logo on these shores. No reason given, apparently, but here’s to hoping Grasshopper Manufacture can find a friend for those of use interested in experiencing “Very Sweet Mode” stateside.

UbiSoft must hate money. They think because the Wii version sold a grand total of 450,000 worldwide, it’ll tank on the 360/PS3. In the meantime, check out the sweet graphic upgrade over the original above.
